Our Return Policy is one of the most generous in the industry. We STRIVE for satisfaction and stand behind our products. We offer a 90-day manufactures warranty on ALL products which protects you if you receive a defective item. We will offer an exchange or store credit towards like-item. While we cannot accept many returns for products that have been opened due to the nature of the toys we will consider this on a case-by-case basis. All items that are not being returned due to manufactures defects are eligible for a 30 day return window but must be in brand new, unopened condition and a photograph should be submitted to us of the condition of the product prior to returning the merchandise. We will not send you a return label and any return shipping costs are to be paid by the consumer and not eligible for reimbursement. All returns no matter if defective or you just don’t want are only eligible for store credit or replacement and not refunds.
